The Basic Itinerary
DAY1:
Cochin :
Pick up from the Cochin Airport/railway
station and transfer to hotel. Afternoon leave
for Half Day City tour. Visiting Jewish
Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Chinese fishing net,
St. Francis Church etc. Overnight at Cochin.
DAY2:
Cochin-Munnar :
Breakfast from the hotel. Later
drive to Munnar. Upon arrival check into hotel.
Rest of the day is free for you to enjoy the
beautiful environs of your hotel.Overnight at
Munnar.
DAY3:
Munnar :
Breakfast from the hotel. Later proceed to visit Ervikulam
National Park to watch world endangered Nilgiri
Tahr. (subject to permission of the
authorities), Mattupetty Dam site & visit
Indo-Swiss Livestock project, Shooting point,
Echo point etc. Overnight at Munnar.
DAY4:
Munnar-Kumarakom :
After breakfast proceed to Kumarakom.Check into hotel.
Evening leave for Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary to
watch the migrated birds from all over the
world.Overnight at Kumarakom.
DAY5:
Breakfast from the hotel. Rest of the day is at
leisure. Evening sunset cruise (on own) on
Vembanad Lake. Overnight at Kumarakom.
DAY6:
Departure :
After breakfast leave for Cochin
airport/railway station for your return journey
